That ultimately helped us get an offer relatively quickly. On the buy side, he was readily available to show us the houses we were interested in, in a timely manner. His negotiating was crucial to get us seller concessions and to lower our cash to close. Furthermore he fought for us to get vital repairs done by the seller prior to closing. His ferocity and commitment to us is truly appreciated.
